The data collected will be used solely for the purpose of managing and organizing this competition. This includes, but is not limited to, registration information, contact details, and any other necessary data required for event administration.


>>> Photography and Image Usage

During the competition, photographs and images may be taken of the participating children. These images may be used for promotional purposes related to the competition. It is important to note that any such images will not be associated with the children's personal information. The organizers commit to respecting the privacy of the children and their parents by not disclosing any personally identifiable information along with the photographs.


>>> Damage to Computers

Participants are expected to exercise care and responsibility while using the provided computers during the competition. Any child found intentionally causing harm to the computers, either through deliberate acts of damage or negligence, will be held responsible for the repair costs associated with the damage. The repair costs will be determined by the organizers based on the extent of the damage and the required repairs.


>>> Liability

The organizers of this competition will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the participants and their personal information. However, they shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the competition, unless it results directly from the organizers' gross negligence or intentional misconduct.


>>> Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes fair play, respect, and sportsmanship throughout the competition. Any violation of this code may result in disqualification from the competition at the discretion of the organizers.

>>> Changes to Terms and Conditions

The organizers reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes through appropriate channels, and their continued participation in the competition will imply acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
